By submitting this maintenance/custodial request I understand and agree that I have notified all tenants in my room/pod that this request has been made. I acknowledge that maintenance staff will be entering our dormitory room and/or washroom to make necessary repairs. Repairs will be made between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. Notice of the expected repair time will be given at least one day prior, unless the maintenance is deemed to be urgent or an emergency. Myself and other tenants will be prepared for staff to enter during the notified maintenance time. The room will be clean and tidy to allow for easy access for maintenance. Notice will be sent to all affected students via email of the anticipated maintenance time.
